Wow I loved this episode so much! Listening to Alli was so inspiring. I also love it when Kevin does his “English” accent. Btw “toodle pip” is just a really old, terribly English and posh way of saying “see ya” 🙂
This episode has been one of my favorites so far! I am a female figure competitor/model, and Alli gave some great insights into the sport. I listen to these podcasts during my cardio sessions, and they are quite inspiring. Being a certified personal trainer/fitness coordinator, I can use much of your advice with my clients. Keep up the great work, Kev!
P.S.: I hope you can move out of your parents’ basement soon.
