Happy Thanks Giving! Well, we kind of took the week off, although I was busy putting the final touches on The FitCast Insider. So I thought it would be cool to give you a sneak peak this week with Part 1 of an interview I did with Mike Robertson. This should give you an idea of how The FitCast Insider will be.
