I am in the middle of listening to this and I must say that this is one of the best episodes ever. Jen is a great speaker, in my opinion, and has a bunch of great information that women need to hear!
Nice to hear some women stories, like about being pregnant and having babies! I would love to hear some podcasts that are all about getting lean. I would love to hear workouts and nutrition tip for athletes. I am a runner and need some workouts for injury prevention. I want to look lean, but also run fast.
